Around half of the residences in this collection are placed before completion. That is normal in this market and it puts an unusual burden on how a house is represented: a plan and four renders are not enough information to spend eight figures on.
Why a tour rather than a render pack
A still image is a decision somebody else made about where you should stand. A 360° tour hands that decision back. The buyer turns to the corner we would not have photographed, looks up to judge the ceiling height, looks down at the floor finish, and finds the window that faces the neighbour. Nothing is cropped out, because there is no crop.
What it will not tell you
It will not tell you what the site smells like at seven in the morning, and it will not replace standing on the land. We would still rather you came.
